Technical Support Structure
Our technical support is primarily through:
1) MSN: Easyspace@live.com , which will be online from
9.30am – 6.30pm. (Actual MSN online currently is actually >20 hours. But
officially this is our timing)
2) For all other times, you can contact us via email,
support@easyspaceonline.com and sales@easyspaceonline.com Email response will be within 4 hours
guaranteed.
3) Upon signup, you will also have a direct contact number, so you can call
anytime.
4) For all scheduled server maintenance, at least 1 week advance notice
will be given to all our clients.
Resolution Time for server issues:
Software problems: < 4 hours
Hardware problems/replacement: < 8 hours
Ddos Attack/major hacker attack: <24 hours. During this time, we will
migrate to a backup server, so that everything continues to function as
per normal.
